When you open a ticket and do not respond within 24 hours, the ticket will be closed. 3. At the time of passing the link, it will no longer be possible to request a refund, since we have done our job. 4. The only way to request a refund is if we make a mistake in an order, and what is delivered is totally different from what was expected. 5. Any suspicious activity we see from some users, we will refuse to sell them anything or give them access to anything.
