When you open a support ticket or send us an email, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If thereβs no reply within that time frame, your ticket will be closed and your email archived automatically.
πΈ 3. Refund Policy for Alternate Platforms
If you purchased through Etsy, Patreon, PayPal, or any other alternate platform, please note: Once an open-source download link has been delivered, refunds are not possible β unless the pack does not match the YouTube preview or is completely different from what was advertised.
π 4. Suspicious Activity Policy
Our team reserves the right to refuse any sale or deny access to open-source code if suspicious behavior is detected. This includes (but is not limited to): π« Fake or newly created accounts π« False or temporary email addresses π« Any activity that appears fraudulent or unreliable
