If you used another payment method such as Etsy, Patreon, or made a direct purchase through a ticket, your files will be sent via email, Discord, or whichever platform was used for the transaction.
β Is there a usage limit on the products Iβve purchased from 1370 Mods?
A:
For open-source products, there are no restrictions β as long as your server supports our packs, your host is properly configured, and your artifacts are updated to the latest versions. This ensures your server runs smoothly and without crashes.
For closed-source (escrowed) products, please make sure your gamebuild is compatible. All our packs are optimized for build 3258, though any version within the 3000 series will work fine. Older versions may also function properly. Also, ensure that your host, gamebuild, artifacts, and Patreon key for clothing are correctly set up for the best performance.
β Can I request a refund for my purchase?
A:
Refunds are only granted if the delivered product does not match the preview shown on our YouTube channel or if essential files are missing.
Refunds cannot be processed after 72 hours from the time of purchase. If an issue arises after that period, itβs assumed the pack has already been used or modified.
