# 💬 Frequently Asked Questions

#### ❓ **How can I claim my purchase?**

**A:**

* If you purchased through **Tebex**, simply visit your [**CFX Portal**](https://portal.cfx.re/).\
You’ll instantly find your purchase there, and your assets will be delivered automatically.
* If you used another payment method such as **Etsy**, **Patreon**, or made a **direct purchase through a ticket**, your files will be sent via **email**, **Discord**, or whichever platform was used for the transaction.

***

#### ❓ **Is there a usage limit on the products I’ve purchased from 1370 Mods?**

**A:**

* For **open-source products**, there are no restrictions — as long as your server supports our packs, your host is properly configured, and your **artifacts** are updated to the latest versions. This ensures your server runs smoothly and without crashes.
* For **closed-source (escrowed) products**, please make sure your **gamebuild** is compatible.\
All our packs are optimized for **build 3258**, though any version within the **3000 series** will work fine. Older versions may also function properly.\
Also, ensure that your **host**, **gamebuild**, **artifacts**, and **Patreon key for clothing** are correctly set up for the best performance.

***

#### ❓ **Can I request a refund for my purchase?**

**A:**

* Refunds are only granted if the delivered product **does not match the preview** shown on our YouTube channel or if **essential files are missing**.
* Refunds **cannot be processed after 72 hours** from the time of purchase.\
If an issue arises after that period, it’s assumed the pack has already been used or modified.

***

⚠️ **Please read these points carefully — they represent our core policies.**\
We greatly appreciate your support and trust in **1370 Mods**. 💜
